A Dash of Dictionary

Poetry is a deal of joy and pain and wonder, with a dash of the dictionary. ~Kahlil Gibran

Travel

Anticipation
never thicker
than in this
hospital
of transit
this
human corral
of travel
Anxious eyes
looking
but not seeing
hearing
tinny voices
steer them
to their chutes
from here
to there
and off
to everywhere
